I have been a Tucson resident since 1985, originally from Erie Pa I moved to the desert when I was 19 years old and a year later I started a business and became the proud owner of Detailed Cleaning Inc for 24 years.
In 2006 due to an auto accident I started my healing journey, forced in a way because I did not want to be slowed down and yet that force was the best thing that ever happened to me.
Through myofascial release my natural healing state awakened allowing me to feel deep into my restrictions so that I could begin to heal. It's too bad most of us go through life in the fight, flight, freeze mode. During my journey I decided I wanted to do Myofascial Release as a profession. In 2008 I studied massage therapy at the renowned Ahern's Massage Therapy School in Mariposa, Ca.
I attend John Barnes Myofascial Release seminars on an ongoing basis.
I am a member of the National Massage Therapy Association
I am certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork
I am licensed by the State of Arizona
I uphold the standards of practice and code of ethics that assures the competency of practitioners of therapeutic massage and bodywork.
